Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time Japanese interpretation during meetings, conferences, and negotiations
- Translate written documents, emails, and reports between Japanese and Indonesian
- Assist in onboarding Japanese-speaking staff through language training and cultural orientation
- Facilitate communication between Japanese and Indonesian teams across departments
- Prepare bilingual materials and presentations for internal and external use
- Maintain accurate records of interpreted communications and translations
- Act as cultural liaison to bridge business practice differences between regions
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1/N2 certified)
- Fluency in Indonesian with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in professional interpretation or translation
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced corporate environments
- Proficiency with translation tools and software (e.g., CAT tools)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in linguistic tasks
