Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation during production meetings, training sessions, and quality control inspections
- Translate technical documents, SOPs, and manufacturing specifications from Japanese to Indonesian
- Facilitate communication between Japanese engineers and local production/QC teams
- Support in implementing Japanese quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in resolving language barriers during equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for production efficiency and quality compliance
- Prepare interpretation summaries for key operational meetings and audits
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 certified) and native-level Indonesian
- Minimum 2 years experience as Japanese interpreter in manufacturing/industrial setting
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control terminology
- Proficiency in technical translation for machinery, safety protocols, and QC standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to navigate cultural differences
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Relevant degree in Japanese language, Translation Studies, or Engineering preferred
