We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Speaker Accounting & Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at RGF HR Agent Recruitment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models for property development projects and investment analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and Japanese GAAP standards
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting
- Coordinate with Japanese headquarters on financial strategies, audits, and cross-border transactions
- Oversee budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis for development projects
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations
- Mentor accounting staff and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Native or business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax codes
- Experience in property development, real estate, or construction finance highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven track record of leading financial teams and implementing best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
