RGF HR Agent Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Japanese Speaker HRGA Manager to support a leading Japanese Restaurant company based in Jakarta. This pivotal role involves bridging the gap between Japanese management and local operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow across all departments.
In this position, you will oversee a wide range of Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This includes managing end-to-end recruitment, handling employee relations, and ensuring accurate payroll processing. Additionally, you will provide essential legal and accounting support to the restaurant management, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies. Your role will also involve administrative support to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly day-to-day.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Provide legal and accounting support to the restaurant management team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese headquarters and local staff.
- Oversee general affairs, including facility management and office supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Handle visa processing and work permits for foreign employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Native or JLPT N1/N2 proficiency in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRGA roles, preferably within the Japanese restaurant industry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and labor law regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.
