Your Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Bucket-T to our Japanese clientele. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. You'll work onsite in our modern Mandaue City facility.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Translate and interpret communications between English and Japanese as needed for internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous training to improve service quality and product knowledge.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken), JLPT N2 or N1 level preferred.
  • Proficient in English language communication.
  • College graduate with a degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu.
