Your Role
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Bucket-T to our Japanese clientele. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. You'll work onsite in our modern Mandaue City facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Translate and interpret communications between English and Japanese as needed for internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous training to improve service quality and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken), JLPT N2 or N1 level preferred.
- Proficient in English language communication.
- College graduate with a degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu.
