- Provide exceptional Japanese-language customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with precision

Kualifikasi
- JLPT N1 certification or equivalent native-level Japanese proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience
- Fluent written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English
