Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to Japanese-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Windows OS and Apple OS X environments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate complex user concerns.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding quality and response time.
- Stay updated with the latest product releases and internal process improvements.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong command of English for internal reporting and team communications.
- Proven technical literacy; comfortable navigating Windows OS and Apple OS X.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and cloud-based communication tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field (BPO experience is a plus).
