Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and communications from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and negotiations
- Support manufacturing operations by facilitating accurate communication between Japanese and Indonesian teams
- Develop and maintain specialized glossaries for manufacturing terminology
- Assist in cross-cultural training and onboarding for Japanese expatriates
- Ensure quality control of translated materials for technical accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- JLPT N3 or N2 certification in Japanese language proficiency
- Native or fluent proficiency in Indonesian
- Minimum 2 years of translation/interpretation experience in manufacturing or technical fields
- Strong command of both written and spoken Japanese and Indonesian
- Familiarity with manufacturing terminology and processes
- Proficiency in CAT tools and translation software
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment
