Tanggung Jawab
- Provide software application support under the supervision of Senior Engineers to ensure optimal system performance
- Perform comprehensive analyses of software application functionality and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining clear documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and feature enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Support system testing and deployment activities as required
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions implemented
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Proven experience with Java programming and object-oriented development principles
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English for effective collaboration
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL queries
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
