- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in visual merchandising to create compelling product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and diplomacy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1-2 years retail or luxury sales experience
