- Deliver personalized customer consultations to identify jewelry preferences and match with appropriate products
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building
- Execute precise product demonstrations highlighting craftsmanship, materials, and investment value
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards while adhering to inventory management protocols
- Process transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with luxury retail security procedures
- Contribute to team success through collaborative selling during peak periods and events
- Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry valuation principles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in commission-based roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Fluency in English with additional language skills (Mandarin, Malay, etc.) advantageous
