- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product consultations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling techniques
- Maintain deep product knowledge across jewellery categories including diamonds, gold, and gemstones
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-up and after-sales service
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain customer data confidentiality

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1+ years in luxury retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Passion for jewellery products and willingness to learn technical specifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Well-groomed appearance with professional demeanor
- Fluency in English and additional languages (Mandarin/Cantonese preferred)
