Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and common areas to ensure optimal condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and resident repair tickets.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services such as lift servicing, electrical upgrades, and landscaping.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inventory levels, and work logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building regulations, and by-laws.
- Perform minor repairs and installations, including plumbing, carpentry, and general hardware fixes.
- Liaise effectively with the Joint Management Body (JMB) committee and residents regarding technical updates and concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or technical maintenance is a significant advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and reliable transport are required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
