Tanggung Jawab
- Schedule and control work flow inside the workshop for optimal use of shop manpower.
- Assign specific jobs to technicians and ensure full manpower utilization.
- Monitor daily operations to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with management to ensure all repair jobs are prioritized and completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of job assignments and technician hours.
- Ensure a safe and organized workshop environment for all staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in job control, shop floor management, or automotive administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technicians and management.
- Proficiency in using job management software or scheduling systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to track progress accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
