Join PRO7 Autolighting's finance team as a Job Costing Staff and play a pivotal role in driving our financial accuracy and profitability. In this position, you'll be responsible for calculating and analyzing production costs, monitoring HPP (Cost of Goods Sold), and conducting comprehensive profitability analysis to inform strategic business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with production, procurement, and accounting teams to identify cost optimization opportunities and ensure our pricing strategies remain competitive. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and maintain accurate cost of goods sold (HPP) for all product lines
- Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Perform profitability analysis by product, project, and department
- Prepare regular costing reports and variance analyses for management
- Collaborate with production teams to understand cost drivers and inefficiencies
- Assist in setting standard costs and updating cost models
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost allocation methods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in job costing or cost accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
