Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding energy account inquiries and service requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and support staff to achieve daily and monthly team goals.
  • Adhere to company quality standards, call scripts, and compliance policies.
  • Identify and communicate potential process improvements to management.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field) is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work on a Dayshift schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
