Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles, from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and streamline the hiring process.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide market insights and recruitment reports to leadership to optimize hiring strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (Junior to Senior level applicants encouraged).
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and digital collaboration tools.
