Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles, from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and streamline the hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market insights and recruitment reports to leadership to optimize hiring strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (Junior to Senior level applicants encouraged).
- Strong proficiency in utilizing job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and digital collaboration tools.
