Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on recruitment metrics to leadership teams.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (Junior level: 1-2 years; Senior level: 3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup effectively and maintain high levels of engagement.
