Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on recruitment metrics to leadership teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (Junior level: 1-2 years; Senior level: 3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup effectively and maintain high levels of engagement.
