Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using the Go (Golang) programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
- Participate in the refactoring of existing codebases to improve performance, readability, and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive process improvements within the engineering department.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot backend issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior team members and share best coding practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in the Go (Golang) programming language.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
