Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Manage multi-currency transactions for clients across AU, UK, and US markets.
- Maintain organized digital financial records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Process payroll and expense reimbursements for international contractors and staff.
- Assist in tax preparation activities and annual audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with client representatives to resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive workspace for WFH operations.
