Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various types of contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Identify and assess potential legal risks in business operations and transactions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties for approvals and dispute resolutions
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
- Provide Mandarin language interpretation and translation services as needed
- Support compliance initiatives and regulatory adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal documentation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
