Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the heavy equipment sector.
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop high-conversion pitch materials and marketing collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing development or business development roles.
- Proven track record in the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
