Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor retail staff on customer service, sales techniques, and operational protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service quality standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with merchandising team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail operations or customer-facing roles
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team supervision experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic retail management systems
