Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data quality standards across banking systems to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with Data Owners and IT teams to implement effective data governance policies and procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Document and manage data definitions, business rules, and metadata within the data catalog.
- Support the design and execution of data lineage and data profiling reports.
- Assist in preparing data governance reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal data privacy regulations and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar steward-related role.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and metadata management.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data concepts to business stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
