In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our daily financial operations. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, possesses a high level of accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the integrity of our financial records while gaining hands-on experience in freight accounting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately perform daily data entry for all financial transactions.
- Process invoices and handle outgoing payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure records match company ledgers.
- Maintain and organize financial filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and accounts payable/receivable summaries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to verify shipping-related costs and charges.
- Support the finance department during audit preparations and month-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly encouraged to apply.
