Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Support the month-end closing process, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Assist with statutory tax filings and compliance activities (SST/Income Tax).
- Monitor cash flow and assist in petty cash management.
- Collaborate with department heads to track departmental budgets and expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA) in progress.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or internship experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, or UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
