You will be responsible for meticulous bookkeeping, accurate data entry, and supporting the finance department in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain organized and secure physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process employee claims, invoices, and payment vouchers in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, or MYOB).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and financial reporting.
