Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable management and journal entry preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for accuracy.
- Support the tax filing process by organizing relevant financial documentation and reports.
- Monitor and track office expenses while ensuring compliance with internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and streamline accounting workflows.
- Participate in internal audits and provide support to senior accountants during year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is a plus but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a junior accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
