Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and documented.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to track departmental spending against budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local BIR regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting workflow efficiency.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
