Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Support tax compliance and audit preparations
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budget tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience or fresh graduates with strong academic record
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
