Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including accurate and timely invoicing.
- Monitor and track customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Perform daily reconciliation of receipts and ensure all payments are correctly posted to the ledger.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly aging reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable or Billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail regarding financial data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
