Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily cashiering operations with precision and accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes including invoicing and payment tracking
- Reconcile e-commerce settlement transactions across multiple platforms
- Process e-Faktur documentation to comply with Indonesian tax regulations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Experience with cashiering systems or POS operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce transaction processing
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (e-Faktur) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
