Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and monthly reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Assist with tax return preparation and compliance filings (BIR, LGU).
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audit engagements.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline workflows and processes.
- Participate actively in company training and professional development sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with 0-1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles, GAAP, and PFRS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
