Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with accurate financial transactions
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards and company policies
- Support audit preparation by providing documentation and explanations
- Monitor expense reports and ensure proper documentation
- Contribute to process improvements in accounting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
