Tanggung Jawab
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounts: Perform daily posting of journal entries, ensure accuracy, and reconcile account balances.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Month-End Close Support: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and other ad-hoc accounting reports as required.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices and ensure timely payments while maintaining proper documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating accounting software and databases.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Integrity: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
