You will support our senior finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and ledger management. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies in financial accounts.
- Support the finance team with tax filing preparations and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with the established budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the Finance Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a plus, but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Fresh graduates with high academic standing and strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
