Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for PH operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution.
- Maintain the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions and reconciling sub-ledgers.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Support tax compliance by preparing and filing BIR reports (1601C, 1601E, 2307, etc.) and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist in financial forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for review.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be currently residing within Metro Manila and willing to work in a hybrid or remote setup as required.
