Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain financial records using ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Prepare financial reports and statements for client review
- Analyze financial data using advanced MS Excel functions
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of debits/credits and double-entry bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in financial data
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
