As a Junior Accountant, you will be a vital contributor to our finance operations, with a primary focus on managing general ledger transactions and supporting month-end closures. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately enter, monitor, and reconcile monthly recurring General Ledger (GL) journals.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify all transactions are accurately classified in Xero.
- Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing, monitoring outstanding balances.
- Support senior accountants in compiling financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and assist in preparing tax documentation.
- Help maintain complete, organized, and secure digital financial records and accounting archives.
- Collaborate actively with the international finance team to streamline accounting workflows and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field of study.
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience and strong familiarity with Xero Accounting Software is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger operations.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis formulas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with global partners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid, remote-first setup.
