In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records. You will assist the senior accounting team with day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate journal entry recording.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Prepare and verify financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and general compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve accounting workflows and data accuracy.
- File and organize financial documents and supporting schedules efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
