Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry and transaction processing
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor communications
- Conduct bank reconciliations and support month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Support internal audits and financial documentation requests
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis and budgeting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proactive problem-solving approach with willingness to learn
