Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial statements and general ledger entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Support the senior accounting team in tax preparation, filing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and assist in the month-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation in accordance with company policies and local accounting standards.
- Provide administrative support for financial audits and internal compliance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of relevant work experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
