Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of monthly payroll documents.
- Support the finance team with data entry, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare weekly or monthly summaries of financial activities for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
