Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Process and verify invoices, receipts, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports for month-end and year-end close.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage petty cash funds effectively.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and budgets for specific events.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is filed and organized systematically for easy retrieval.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
