You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full-set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company transaction matching.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
- Address client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status with exceptional service.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are consistently met.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
