Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and maintenance of the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure tax compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain systematic filing of all financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CAT/LCCI).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
