Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general correspondence including emails, letters, and internal memos with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain the executive calendar efficiently.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Monitor office inventory and assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Support the HR department with basic recruitment or onboarding administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
