Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage general correspondence including emails, letters, and internal memos with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain the executive calendar efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and client inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Monitor office inventory and assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the HR department with basic recruitment or onboarding administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
