Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and document management
- Handle accounts receivable and payable processes including invoicing and payment verification
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing procedures
- Provide comprehensive office support services including scheduling and vendor coordination
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling account discrepancies
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative and clerical duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
