Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dental clinics in Surabaya and Semarang regions
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute local promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards across all clinics
- Collaborate with senior management to develop regional growth strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities with a focus on team development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic clinic management software
- Understanding of dental industry practices and patient care standards
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
