Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including AP/AR reconciliations and bank entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts for Singaporean client portfolios.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure data integrity across accounting software.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury management duties.
  • Stay updated with local and regional accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a small team is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high output.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with international clients.
